Network+: Study Guide

Over 750,000 IT professionals have prepared for exams using Syngress-authored study guides. the Network+ Study Guide is the new title from Syngress covering the revised Network+ exam, to be released in early 2005 and rendering all existing study guides obsolete. The Network+ Study Guide at over 800 pages covers all the objectives on the CompTIA exam, including the features and functions of networking components, and ensuring that readers have the knowledge and skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.

The Network+ exam was last updated in 2001. The new exam, slated to go live in early 2005, marks a major update in the exam's coverage of new technologies. All existing books on the market will be instantly obsolete. The Network+ exam is a vendor-neutral exam that measures a technician's networking knowledge. Vendor-neutral exams represent the quickest growing certifications on the market today. In addition, Network+ certification is also accepted by Microsoft as an elective for its MCSA certification, making it an even more popular choice for certifcation candidates who want to quickly move on to Microsoft certification.

Syngress estimates this study guide will be available in late May of 2005.
